Have you ever seen a fly trapped in a spider web ? have you ? If yes, what have you noticed ?
Haven't you observed that the more it struggles and attempts hardly to escape from the web, the more strongly trapped it becomes ?
Yes, that's it. And it is like that with us, also. Every time you are confronted with some difficult issue, for example in your relationship, your work, family, business or finances and try hardly to fight against it and to push it away, you create a great resistance. And the more hardly you try, the more resistance you create, to such an extent that the way out seems almost impossible.
You have probably heard that "what you resist persists". That's true. Instead of resisting to what you experience and do not like in your life, be quite, silent and still. Totally, dismiss any form of resistance that may arise from you. Look, listen and appreciate whatever it is there that frightens or disgusts you. Know that everything that comes to you brings something with the purpose to teach or heal you.
Don't escape or fear. If you do not know what it is, ask for guidance to your Higher Self, it will help you. Until you accept what it is and learn the lesson, what you resist will not leave you. It will stay there. Until you love and accept fully what is there, it will not go away.
The only thing you have to do is give up struggle and resistance. Then embrace, love, appreciate whatever it is there, in order to learn from it get and receive your gift. Otherwise, your struggle will never stop and you will stay in captivity forever.
