The big lie about happiness

You'll be happy once you are, do or have whatever you want... is a lie. A big lie.

When a tree has too many fruits, birds refuse to eat them and instead, fly very far away, prefering to search their food in another tree where fruits are rare and some effort is required on their part, to find it.

Many people would like to have everything they want in their life. That's a big mistake they make. How can you have everything you want and be happy at the same time ? It is not possible. Because, if you had everything you desire, life would be so boring and without interest, that you would no longer know what to do. I tell you that's true. Therefore, be happy that you haven't got yet everything you want.

And, when you look at it more closely, you realize in fact, that what you want is love, consideration, appreciation, admiration, from others. You don't need things for things themselves. No. You want them in order to be admired by others. And, without them, envying you, or appreciation you for what you have, whatever you possess has no value. You will be proud of yourself only when you will be able to demonstrate to your family, parents, friends, spouse, or relatives, that you have succeeded. Without them applauding you, you do not exist, so to speak.

What you have has a value only when it is difficult to get. Take the air we breathe, for example. We have it in abundance. But in our daily life, we do not realize how important it is. Yet, it is one of the most important things we have. We find just normal to breathe and use it as we like. That all. But if, one day, this air becomes rare, at the point that it will be sold in bottles in markets, we will at last realize how important it is.

That is one question I suggest you to ponder over, over and over again during the last moments of this year.

Do you think you really, really belive in God, in the Universe, in you Higher Self, your Source, or something like that ?

Be honest with yourself, once in your life. And if you do it, you'll understand many aspects of your current life.

Lots of people read the bible, self help and other inspirational books, listen to spiritual materials and attend seminars. But, they do not go very far with the knowledge they get. Why ? Maybe they forget what they know, or deep inside themselves, they do not believe in it, and can't therefore apply it in their daily life.

What to do then, in other to put our knowledge into practice when time comes ?

Just remember it. Ask yourself the question : what do I know about this particuliar situation ? What this situation inspires or reminds me ?

Then, listen. If you remember something, apply it.

Happy new year 2009

This is one of our last posts for 2008, and an opportunity for us to wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous new year 2009. It is our wish for you. But, the result depends on you. Only.

When we look a few months back , we notice that many dreams we would like to have realized during this year, didn't come true. And we hope that the upcoming year will bring us the opportunities to live these dreams.

But, the thing is, the truth is : nothing is missing in your life. Nothing. Except, experiences. That is the only thing we need. Your hope for a better future is a direction to Who You Really Are. Reason why the experience of hope just perpetuates, over and over again in your life. Recognizing, assuming and accepting that you have it all already in abundance, potentially, is an important step in the direction of creating the reality you chose in your life.

How is that ?
According to quantum physisists, energy is at the core of everything in existence. Everything. Without exception. And this energy exists in abundance in the universe, and beyond. Now, if you are-and you are- yourself this energy, everything else around you, including the object of your dream, is, also.

The only difference that exists between you and objects around you, is the frequency of their vibration. Yes. That's it. Every form of energy vibrates at a specific frequency. When you reach the same frequency level as something, you vibrate at the same frequency and are aligned with it. Then, it can manifest in your life, almost litterally.

Why is that ? The answer is simple : like attracts like. When you form a specific image in your imagination, a mental image, it projects itself, at fruition, in the physical world. With the law of attraction, the mental image in your imagination will attract to itself anything of the same vibration, subatomic particles, particles, atoms and so on, in order to take its physical form. Such as a car, a home, etc. Still as energy, this mental image will use its infinite intelligence to synchronize events, circumstance or people to project itself into the physical world.

How then can you reach the same frequency level of anything else ? Through your attention. When you put your attention on something, you start vibrating at the same frequency. Your thoughts and feelings are some of the tools that help crystallize your attention on something. And many techniques , such as visualisation, and so on, can produce the same result, also.

One thing to know and remember is that this energy is infinitely intelligent, in such a way that it does not need your help to reorganize itself into the object of your thought. The only thing that is required from you is, direction, and trust. Unfortunately, most people get confused in this process between their role, and the role of the Infinite Intelligence. And when this confusion occurs, the creation process is jammed. Often, they give direction and attempt to create or manifest at the same time. As a result, they fail, get frustrated and finally give up.

Coming back to our main idea, what we want to emphasize is this. You, as energy, are and have already everything. You just want to experience it. The energy you are exists in abundance in the universe, which is by the way all energy itself. It can take any form, according to the direction you give it. No direction, no movement, no movement, no creation, no creation, no experience.

When you are in the elevator for example, you must press a button, corresponding to the number of the floor you want to go to. If you don't, you won't move, and will just stay there. But, potentially, you can be taken to whatever floor you'd like to move to.

Energy, spirit, is like that. Potentially, il enables you to experience anything, whatsoever. But, to do that, it needs direction and trust, also.

One thing to bear in mind is that energy or spirit is, not only infinite intelligence, but highly sensitive, also. Any thought, feeling or emotion given out is a direction that will lead to an experience of the same nature. That is why most people have experiences they didn't ask for, but were produced by default, often unconsciously.

But, there is many ways to experience purposely and consciously. One of them is by exercising your imagination. That means, you experience first in your imagination the thing you desire, until it becomes real, so to speak. In your imagination, the experience must feel as if it was real, now. At the point that you even no longer need to experience it physically. That is very important. For that, all your five senses must be engaged in the process. That's the real meaning of acting as if.

Do you know what I am doing right now? I am putting my attention on you, and imagine you applying successfully the process and enjoying your experiences. I do not hope. Because I undersatnd that hope, will only produce more hope. And nothing else. I give direction to the universal and infinite intelligence energy, which always follows and manifests itself in the physical form, according to the direction given by all of us.

Love vs. fear

You have been afraid all your life. Afraid of the future, afraid to fail, afraid to be sick or to die, afraid to lose, afraid of disapproval, afraid of not being loved, afraid of not having enough, afraid of being incapable, afraid of your parents, afraid of your boss, afraid of your relatives, afraid of your wife or husband, afraid of your colleagues, afraid of the unknown, afraid of strangers, afraid of particular circumstances and events, afraid of speaking in public, afraid of not being approved, afraid of being rejected, afraid of lack, afraid of deception, etc.

In a word, your all life, you have been afraid of yourself : life itself.

You have completely ignored your true nature, which is also the nature of everything else, of the universe and God itself : love.

Out of love, you are out of yourself, out of everything else and out of life and God itself.

As a result, you feel dried, abandoned, not enough, powerless, ...
With love, you are whole and part of the whole. That means, the only thing you need is : love

Love yourself unconditionally, love others unconditionally, love events and circumstances unconditionally, love your feelings and emotions (even your fears) unconditionally, love life unconditionally.

Love is for you what water is for fish. In love you live. But out of it, you die !

Believe that "YOU" have received...(II)

The last time we talked about the above subject, I promissed to give an overview on other aspects of this issue.

Considering that God is omnipresent, what are the implications of this ? Simply that God is everywhere and in everything in the universe. As a matter of fact, there is no doubt, whatsoever, that God is also in our spirit, mind, body, brain, thoughts, feelings, actions, events, circumstances, etc.

God, being in everything in existence, is consequently in our desires also. The question is, when it is said, "when you ask, believe that you have already received, and you will receive", who asks, what is asked, and to whom ? To this, there is only one answer : God !

Because being omnipresent, God, in the form of human being, is the one who asks. What does he ask for ? Whatever form it may take, being everything, God asks Himself. To whom ? To Himself, also. That means, God is the requester, the thing requested, the giver and the receiver at the same time.

What we see here is that God transforms Himself from one form into another. From human being, into a desire, from a desire into a manifestation of whatever it may be, before transforming Himself into the feeling of joy or appreciation experienced by Himself again in the form of human being.

In this context, God can be compared to water, that is transformed into ice, then into vapour, and into water again.

Now, when you are asked to believe that YOU have received, it is just a matter of realizing this premanent and everlasting presence of God in your life and in everything. When you come to the realization that God is really All That Is, it becomes evident to you that God, is already what He desires trough you.

In fact, the point is that once you've come to the understanding of the onenesse and omnipresence of All That Is, you know, without any doubt, that you've already received everything; and simply put, that GOD "Is".

Look for fun and pleasure first to secure results

Remember when you were young, with your friends, your brothers or your sisters. Maybe having good time fishing, playing football, or doing things like that, was your favorite occupation. When involved in these activities, what was your prime interest ? Fun and pleasure, of course. In fact, it was just for the fun of doing these things that you were doing them. Nothing else didn't really matter. Results, so to speak, were not your main interest at this time.

Life is also a sort of long and big ball game. It's like a game hunting, or a game fishing. It should be for fun or pleasure also and results should be out of equation. The fact is, the more you focus too hard on results, the more you fail in getting them. And, the more your interests are on pleasure and fun, the more results come effortlessly. That's another paradox about life, but things work like that.

The receipe therefore, to secure results in life, you now know it, is to put the emphasis and the priority only on pleasure and fun in anything you do, and let the results take care of themselves. Never be consumed with results you'd like to achieve. The things you'll get there are frustration, lot of resistance, worry, anxiety, etc.

Fun, pleasure, feeling good : that's the shortcut to success in any endeavor in life. And it is so evident, when you think about it for a moment. Whatever you'd like to achieve in your life, WHY would you like to achieve it ?

The prime reason and the only one is, because when you do it, you'll be happy, you'll feel good, you'll have fun. That's it !

Now instead of waiting that you get what you want, so that you can experience fun and pleasure, start from the end, have fun first, and see what happens.

"I" or three in one

When you say "I", who are you refering to ? I bet you it is to the physical part of you, called Mr. "X", Mrs. "Y", etc. Aren't you ?

However, there is something I know you know, but that you don't often remember : it's the non physical part of you. Yes. You are physical and non physical at the same time, and most of you know it. Unfortunatly, in your daily life, you totally ignore your most important part : the invisible one, or the source. That's one of the reasons you feel despear, weak, alone, powerless, or discouraged most of the time.

You, as human being are composed mainly of the conscious, the subconscious, and the superconscious. Therefore, when you say "I", do not just think about your physical aspect. Instead, think wholeness, think about the total you, integrating all the other aspects of your being.

The fact is, according to quantum physics, your attention to something litterally creates it. That means, when you say "I", having your attention on the invisible aspects of your being, you activate them. They become become alive, and when this happens, all the caracteristics of these aspects, such as strenght, power, wisdom and so on, are activated also.

But, if you keep ignoring them, you remain powerless, fearfull, poor, weak, etc.
That's the truth.

Believe that "YOU" have received...(I)

Human being is a multidimensional creature, simultaneously living in all the dimensions of life, everywhere and everytime. That is so because his soul, human's soul, has no limits or bundaries. When you ask, from the conscious or physical level manifested in the third dimension, it is instantly given to YOU in the spiritual level, or the fourth dimension. Always. Without exception.

Now, when it is asked to believe that YOU have already received what you ask for, it is in fact to acknowledge receipt by YOU in the fourth dimension of your being, not yet in the third one. But, doing so, you must assume and realize that it is the same consciousness, acting in different planes of existence, not separate parts, one from others. Otherwise, the process of you receiving in the third dimension, could be delayed or even cancelled.

It is therefore very important, for human being, to first realize oneness in himself, meaning synchrony with all his consciousness, composed mainly of the conscious, the subconscious and the superconscious. When those three parts of his being are synchronized, aligned or in harmony, miracles manifest effortlessly.

As a result of this harmonious realization, whenever you ask from the conscious level, being already One with the superconscious and the subconscious, which are spiritually instantaneous giver and receiver, receipt by you in the physical plane becomes almost instantaneous also.

That is the first part on "believing that YOU have received and you will receive". There are other points of view about the subject, that we will discuss later.

Freedom from resistance

The thing that produces the greatest resistance in you, is exactly what you must give out in order to be free. You are not free in a state of resistance. Because within this state, you are at the mercy of the object of your resistance that controls you, and prevents you from acting or reacting freely as you would like to.

The subject, above anything else, at the origin of the greatest resistance experienced by lots of people is money. Yes, money is that which they resist most. The main reason is that they have deeply convinced themselves of the fact that there is not enough money in their life.

Actually, they look at their bank account balance and what they read confirms their opinion about not having enough. Therefore, it's really a tough time for them when it comes to release the few they have, to give it to someone else or buy something. It's very challenging to them, indeed. And this attitude, in time, becomes part of their beliefs system that keeps reproducing the same reality over and over, like a circle.

Is it possible to escape from this circle in which lot of people have put themselves in, reacting like prisoners or slaves ? The answer, if any, is : Yes !

But, freedom from this resistance is not easy, because it requires lot of courage, faith, and total abandonment from the person willing to achieve it. In fact, the solution is a radical decision, without the slightest hesitation, to give out courageously the object of your captivity, be it money or anything else.

For example, someone asks you for money, or you want to buy something for yourself or for someone else; instead of worrying or resisting the idea of giving or spending the few you have, give it ! Don't even for a moment think about it. Don't let any thought enter into your mind that would eventually prevent you from acting in the direction you want. Be strong, have faith, act couragesously and give ! That's the price to pay for your freedom.

Decide, from this moment, to release the things that keep you captive. Anytime you feel the smallest resistance in you about something, get rid of it, instantly. Do not wait. However, to achieve total freedom, dare to give completely and totally the object of your resistance. Do you think you do not have enough money ? Good for you. Just go ahead and despite the little you have in this moment, dare to give it; totally. This new attitude, in time, will produce a radical transformation in you, and you will no longer feel trapped.

Dare to be and have nothing in life and, surprisingly, you will see everything you would ever desire coming to you effortlessly. Why is that so ? Simply because in this state of nothingness, resistance cannot be. Where there is nothing, everything is; and in the absence of resistance, abundance flows. Can you get it ?

You see, there is a solution. But, I'd agree with you that it is really a very resisting, radical and paradoxical approach which, at first, looks like nonsense. Nevertheless, in that approach lies the key to your total freedom. The question is : will you dare ?
