Living a courageous life means
Whatever feeling or emotion comes up
Don't resist, panic or run away from it
Instead be still right in front of what is
Your eyes in its eyes patiently observing
Until finally it begins to fade away
You are the one who plays the game
Of making yourself afraid in every situation
And at the same time do whatever you can
To set yourself free from your own nightmares
