Regain Your Power

Who do you think is in control of your mind?

Who do you think is the master of your life?

Who do you think has real power over you? 

In case you didn’t know your whole existence

Is determined mostly by the status of your mind 

Which is whether in peace or slave of feelings  

When your reactions are only based on feelings

You lose all your power and become a puppet

At the mercy of people, events or circumstances 

But to regain your power and remain the master

Stillness and peace of mind are the way to follow

Without any identification to the feelings in you   

There is a relationship between your state of mind

And how you judge and react to what is in your life

Which by nature is neutral and without meaning

The only meaning whatever may have for you

Is the one you give it through your judgments

Often based on nothing and are thus erroneous 

There also lies your happiness and unhappiness

As direct outcomes of your own mental attitude

Developed and strengthened from false thinking 

Stop judging and identifying yourself with feelings

Stop reacting from the false unchecked assumptions

And do whatever you can to keep your mind safe

That is the price to pay to get your power back

That is the way out to give yourself freedom again

And at last to know the happiness you truly are

The easiest thing about the manifestation of desires

To manifest a desire is a natural process

And this is the easiest thing in the world

For the Higher consciousness or true Self

Which alone is in charge of manifestation 

Conscious mind doesn’t have to do anything

No effort is required on its part in the process

Put aside being still and open for inspiration

Which lead to appropriate actions of creation 

The manifestation process becomes hard

Only when the conscious mind shows up

Jumps in and gets on the way of creation

And attempts by all means to do the job  

Then becomes so concerned with outcomes

That things start even get worse and finally

End up to more and more useless resistance

Until frustration and unhappiness take place 

The Higher Self does not need your help

To manifest whatever you desire in life

No matter how big they may seem to be

Just as nature doesn’t need help from seed

To make it grow and become a fruits tree 

Beside being still and open for inspired action

Another important attitude to be developed

Is total trust and surrender to the Higher Self

With Its infinite intelligence wisdom and power

To make whatever you really want come true 

Otherwise you enter into an endless process

Of useless struggle and suffering all your life

Due to jamming the natural process of creation

That in fact requires no effort at all from you 

Remember only your Higher Self is in charge

Being omnipresent omniscient and omnipotent

And that whatever you desire is on its way

To manifestation in the universe of forms 

Delays as such do not exist except in your mind

And because Higher Self sees the whole picture

In which everyone and everything relate to All

Nothing can happen randomly in physical form 

That is for something to be manifested in your life

All conditions must first be met in the entire cosmos

To prevent the occurrence of chaos or disharmony

And only the Almighty God Himself can be in charge 
 

It is for these reasons that each and every desire

Manifests physically in its own way and its own time

And once you realize this profound and eternal truth

The only wise thing to do then is let go and let God

Is denying Responsibility for your Life
And considering yourself to be the Victim
Of someone or something outside
Thus acknowledging their Power over you

Is attempting the impossible challenge
To Separate your Self from the Whole
And considering the world with all its content
To be Real and phenomenons external to you
Forgetting there is no such thing as Out There
While everyone and everything
Are merely Projections of your own Mind
And exist just because you Are

Fear anyone or anything

Doing so
Is Accepting to be afraid of your own Image
Or fearful of your own Shadows and Reflections
Forgetting the external world is like a Giant Miror
That simply reflects the content of your mind

Resist What Is
Related to anyone or anything

Doing so
Is an attempt to Swim against the Current
An adventure that cannot be successful
And leads to useless Frustration and Despair

Never again
Take anything in life too Seriously

Doing so
Is strongly Believe
That the world you perceive is Real
Forgetting it's merely a Dream

Never again
Consider your Self
To be a Body

Doing so
Is limiting your Self
To the tiny and visible part of the Iceberg
Or the Marvellous and Unlimited Being you Are
Created in the Image of the Father Himself

Never again
Focus your Attention
On Things you don't Want
You Know it by the way you Feel

Doing so
Will Attract Them into your life
Instead Contemplate What you Really Are
In Everyone and Everything
Knowing that not being a Body
You really Need Nothing
The Kingdom of Heavens
Being already Yours Forever

Never again
Give Anything whatsoever
Permission toTrouble your Mind
And let yourself be Identified with it
Through your Thought, Feelings or Emotions

Doing so
Is losing Control and Power
Thus letting Mind become your Master
Remember that you are not Thought, Feelings or Emotions
And that Attention, Stillness, Self Observation, Presence, Silence
Remain your Keys to Peace

Never again
Take anything in life
For Granted

Doing so
Is a lack of Gratitude
For all your Blessings
And particularly for Who You Really Are
So Remember to constantly and consistently
Give Thanks to The Almighty
And even though you don't know Why
God Does

Never again
Waste uselessly your Cosmic Energy
In Negative Thoughts, Feelings, Emotions and Deeds

Doing so
Is altering the Quality of your entire Life
Including Health, Joy, Happiness and Peace
That depend totally on this Cosmic Energy

Never again
Forget Who You Really Are

Doing so
Is taking the risk to live Randomly
And be Lost in the Net of your Mind
With all the Consequences this implies

Never again
Count or rely on your Conscious Self
To be Free from the Prison of your Mind

Doing so
Is Believing and Hoping that
That which keeps you captive in Prison
Can also be your Savior; that's a lie
Count Only on the Holy Spirit in You
To Set you Free

The power of nothingness

Everything you are attracted to
Every single burning desire in you
Is but merely an illusion
Just like the mirage of an oasis
Or the distant reflection of a puddle on the road
Which disappears almost instantly once you get close to it
Leaving place to NOTHINGNESS

This is also the nature of any attraction
Of any specific object or goal you run after
To vanish almost instantly once achieved
Leaving you always in a state of emptiness
No matter the form it may take in appearance
Or how strong and powerful this attraction may be

That is so because desires
Are simply the tree that hides the FOREST
Which is NO THING else
But your TRUE SELF!
Yes this emptiness and nothingness behing any achievement
Is exactly your true nature and what you really are
It is in fact what you are looking for
Behind incessant and trivial pursuits
But without recognizing it when you find
Because you really do indeed all the time

The truth is you are NOTHING
And EVERYTHING at the same time
But in order to experience EVERYTHING
Never put the cart before the horse
Accept first fully to be NOTHING or ZERO
Which is your essential nature
"Seek first de Kingdom of God
And EVERYTHING else
Will be added onto you"

Can you imagine that
NOTHINGNESS is at the basis
Of the immense universe you live in
And this same principle at the core of EVERYTHING
Applies to the entire creation including you

Therefore give up all your egoistical desires
And start being NOTHING first on the inside
In order to experience externally 
All your fullness and beauty with GOD Himself
Become humble and insignificant like any true source
To allow life itself flow and manifest through you
In all its diversity and all kind of forms
According to its own laws and not yours

Do that and be the witness
Of the power of NOTHINGNESS
Deeply hidden inside of you
But truly very simple

Tell Them

They used to say
Don't expect to be recruited
A new post cannot be created
The Organisation's resources
Are currently very limited

I say, don't pay attention to them!

Then they would wonder
How good you would be in a new domain
As your professional background
And the available position seem to not match

Tell them there is nothing you cannot do!

Then they would say
A higher diploma is required for the new position
So you'd better resume your university studies
And get a degree suitable for the available post

I say, don't mind and go for it!

Now they say
You were not born under a lucky star
Finally there is no avaible post
And a new one cannot be created either

Surely this situation will remain unchanged for years

And unfortunately there is nothing to do about it
We are so sorry for this misunderstanding 

I say, My Truth is not their truth and again, refuse to listen to them!

Tell them Who I am
Tell them I am God, the Almighty
The Field of Infinite possibilities
Where the impossible and  the possible meet
Tell them My creativity is really unlimited
That I am not restricted by preconceived ideas
And can open access to anything not only imaginable
But also unimaginable and much more

Tell them Who you Really Are
Tell them You are a Miracle
That like your Father, nothing is impossible to you
Tell them they don't have a clue what's going on
Underneath the surface of things
And that My Ways are not theirs
So whatever physical senses may perceive
Everything is perfectly Right As It Is
And All is Well indeed...

Tell them!

You can nothing by yourself

Once and for all, know that you can nothing by yourself; nothing. Only with God, the Almighty, is everything possible. All the power belongs to Him, and with Him this power is yours also, and never apart of Him.

The power of words

Words are alive, and everyone of them has an essence, a specific vibration in harmony or not with other words. Words are our daily companions capable of making our life a heaven or hell. Because we are constantly thinking, we cannot be without using words. And, for this reason, we must choose them wisely, so that our life becomes what we want it to become.

I have a list of words I particularly love having in mind. Here they are :

There are also some words I have great resistance with, such as:

Now, among all these words, one of the most important for me is ATTENTION. Do you know why? Simply because it is one which contributes to give life to others. According to quantum physics, our attention to something manifests it in our experience. The reverse is also true. Without our attention, nothing can exists.

It is our attention to God, or our Self that creates the connection link with Him. And the more we put our attention to anything, more strong this connecting link becomes . And, its vibrations also becomes dense to manifest in our experience the object of our attention.

You see, whenever you hold in your mind an image of whatever imagine, what you are doing is establishing your connection with it, through your attention. If this connection is maintained long enough, very subtle elements of energy at the basis of everything that is created, call them subatomic particles, start organizing themselves little by little into the form of the image hold in your mind, before manifesting in your experience as event, circumstance or thing.

Something to know, however, is that the processing of these elements of energy is organized at a level where our conscious will has no power. We cannot at this stage, for example, accelerate the manifestation at will. In other words, these elements are very intelligent and operate on their own, according to their inherent logic. They don't need your help, only your consistent focus and trust ane necessary.

But, when you start worrying about the outcome, what you are just doing in fact is disturbing the connection you established with your first image, to replace it with another one, which is its opposite. This, in fact, jams the initial process and can delay or even cancel the manifestation, according to the intensity of the disturbance caused.

Instead of jamming the process, why not imagining these subatomic particles joyously working together to give birth to your experience. Of course, you cannot see them, but you can imagine them busy working on your project.

This is your part of the game. This is your joy. Your job is not to manifest things. Your job is to play in your imagination with the things you choose. And if particles of energy put them outside in your experience it just for the purpose to show to the world what game you were playing, so that we are aware of what's going on in everyone's mind.

Another word I'd like to mention is WHOLENESS. This word has nothing to do with acquisitions of external stuff. It is related to our nature. We are already whole in our essence, in our spirit. Nothing is missing to us, indeed. What we are made of (God) is also at the core of anything else in existence.

Believing that we are or have not enough is like believing that the degree of alcohol in a glass is less than the degree of the same alcohol in a full bottle. You don't add anything to yourself with all your acquisistions, because all are made of the same stuff as yourself. Just like adding water to water does not change its taste. Can you see?

You are whole because of who you are, not because of what you have. Woleness is therefore your natutal state. Believing the contrary is selling yourslef short.

Escape from the mind web

Today, we come back again to a subject we discussed yesterday and the day before. This subject is the web we wrap ourselves in, everyone of us, without exception. You know, human mind is like a spider web whose threads are made of all our troubles, problems and challenges in life that cause doubts, worries and fears in us all the time.

We said that when the fly gets caught in the web, the solution is not to resist and attempt hardly to escape from the web. This is useless, because the more it tries, the more trapped it gets. The same thing applies to human being when being trapped in one or many difficult situations. There is no solution in anger, worry, frustration or fear.

Because the more you engage yourself in these negative attitudes, the more opaque and dark your view becomes. What to do then ?

As already suggested, one part of the solution is to relax and become still. In fact, just like the fly, you have no choice at all. Whatever it does, it will remain trapped in the web, as you will be in your mind.

Another part of the solution is to recognize that you have not the power to escape by yourself, and to surrender to something greater than you, a power which is in you that knows everything and can do anything.

If the fly stops struggling and becomes still, chances are that in time, its body would become a little bit heavy, be droped from the threads that maintain it prisoner and get free. Unfortunatly, the fly cannot think this way.

In the case of human being, things are a little bit different. Man is not physically prisoner, but mentally, because he thinks. The thoughts he helds in his mind are the roots of all his troubles. When he struggles and resists against the threats (thoughts) of his mind related to his problems, this becomes an attack, and attack implies separation. You would not attack your Self if you knew that it is you. No.

In a word, when you resist something, that means you think it is separate from you. But it is not. Nothing is separate from you. You are everything around you, no exception, even if you don't think so. But, because you don't know it or believe it, you attack it by resisting and struggling against it.

But the truth is, nothing is separate from you. Nothing. We are all One, and resisting against something is resisting against yourself. That's why you suffer, because in your resistance you are attacking your own Self, and this attack is a denyal of the love which is due to yourself.

When you remember that we are all One, including everybody, everything and every circumstance, that Life loves you and is never against you, that everything that happens to you is for your highest good, you realize that the only relationship you must have with Life is the one of love and gratitude, instead of resistance and struggle.

When you reach this point, Life, Love, God, All That Is, supports you. All the threads that kept you captive are transformed into love and you are free. You are here to come back to Yourself to Love, which is who you really are.

Be grateful, therefore, for anything that comes your way, because it is part of You...
