Humans are like body cells

Billions of people live on the planet

Like billions of cells in human body

Or in any other living creature

But in reality only one being is there

This is true for every human being

As it is so also for every cell 

The relationship of human beings

With the higher being they live for

Is the same relationship body cells

Manage with human being itself

As a lower degree of being 

So human beings and body cells

Share absolutely the same function

And have in common the same destiny

Which is to live and die for the whole

Only working to maintain it in life  

Cells do not argue with you

About your choices and decisions

Or life would be a total mess

Same thing with human beings

Unable to interfere with the whole

Or the Higher self in its course  

Thus cells are resistance free

Regarding the body’s behavior

Be it in their advantage or not

They just play their given role

According to whatever comes  

You are not only you as individual

But part of a very large organism

Or a vast body forming humankind

In which you act as a cell in a body

Just as the whole humankind does

For a being of a higher level of life

And the process goes on infinitely

This is to say that we are all one

Despite our apparent differences

Just as all members of the body

Form only one and unique body 

And when one organ is affected

It is the whole body that suffers

And the whole being is involved

No matter the physical source 

So when your brother is in pain

It is your pain also to be shared  

In time of happiness rejoice also

Just as you would do for yourself 
 

Notions of separation or out there

Are merely concepts of the mind

And pure illusions with no reality

Only one being exists for whom

Everyone and everything is alive

The easiest thing about the manifestation of desires

To manifest a desire is a natural process

And this is the easiest thing in the world

For the Higher consciousness or true Self

Which alone is in charge of manifestation 

Conscious mind doesn’t have to do anything

No effort is required on its part in the process

Put aside being still and open for inspiration

Which lead to appropriate actions of creation 

The manifestation process becomes hard

Only when the conscious mind shows up

Jumps in and gets on the way of creation

And attempts by all means to do the job  

Then becomes so concerned with outcomes

That things start even get worse and finally

End up to more and more useless resistance

Until frustration and unhappiness take place 

The Higher Self does not need your help

To manifest whatever you desire in life

No matter how big they may seem to be

Just as nature doesn’t need help from seed

To make it grow and become a fruits tree 

Beside being still and open for inspired action

Another important attitude to be developed

Is total trust and surrender to the Higher Self

With Its infinite intelligence wisdom and power

To make whatever you really want come true 

Otherwise you enter into an endless process

Of useless struggle and suffering all your life

Due to jamming the natural process of creation

That in fact requires no effort at all from you 

Remember only your Higher Self is in charge

Being omnipresent omniscient and omnipotent

And that whatever you desire is on its way

To manifestation in the universe of forms 

Delays as such do not exist except in your mind

And because Higher Self sees the whole picture

In which everyone and everything relate to All

Nothing can happen randomly in physical form 

That is for something to be manifested in your life

All conditions must first be met in the entire cosmos

To prevent the occurrence of chaos or disharmony

And only the Almighty God Himself can be in charge 
 

It is for these reasons that each and every desire

Manifests physically in its own way and its own time

And once you realize this profound and eternal truth

The only wise thing to do then is let go and let God

Your Journey Agreement

Many years ago
You won a ticket for a trip to planet hearth
The specific environment and geographic destination was your choice
As well as all people, events and circumstances
You had to go through during the journey

You visualized the movie of your future life journey
And with great enthusiasm and joy you said loudly
Yes I love it and will go for it!

Before embarking
An agreement was presented to you by All That Is
The Great Organizer and Manager of the trip
And, without the slightest hesitation you signed it

In this agreement it is clearly stated that
You don’t really leave your home in paradise
Where you live forever with God

And that in fact only a tiny part of you is involved in the trip
This, by the way, is merely a dream, fictitious and unreal
As well as everything in it such as people, things, events and circumstances
That seem to be real but which are not

On this basis
You promised solemnly to respect strictly the rules and conditions presented to you
By the Great Organizer and Manager

Your promise was to focus on the main purpose of the trip
This is merely to appreciate, enjoy, feel good, and have fun along the path
All day long and wherever you go

By putting all your attention only on things you appreciate, love
And make you feel good
And releasing it from all the rest
That makes you feel bad
In order to avoid unnecessary resistance and suffering

Knowing that all this is virtual
You promised also to take nothing seriously
Whatever it may be

You promised also to remember that
You are living in a friendly universe
In which everything is alive, without exception

And that this universe
Like a giant screen or gigantesque mirror
Reflects only your own inner world

So, you would not attempt uselessly
To change anything you perceive outside
Because such attempt is resistance to what is
And, as you know it, what you resist persists

Nevertheless, there is no such thing as out there
The entire universe being in you
Including everything you could perceive

From this perpective
You promised to insure total responsibility for everything
"Good" or "bad"

Responsibility to heal your tiny part
Through forgiveness and love
And get back home
Meaning awaken to the fullness of your being

You promissed to remember that
You and your brothers are totally "innocent" and perfect
Just as God created you

But that only your unconscious guilt
Is projected outside as all the turmoil
Of daily life

To avoid this turmoil
You promissed to have your eyes only on the ball
This is to focus your attention on God only
In order to not be distracted from your main objective
That is to get back home
Through forgiveness and love

You promised also that
As your tiny part would not have a clue what would be going on
For receiving only 15 bits of information per second over 25 million bits flowing in reality
You’d neither judge nor condemn anything

And you’d trust 100% the bigger part of you, the Higher Self
To release all your fears, worries and anxieties from Home
Where He lives safely, happily and forever in God

Also you promised
While enjoying the journey
To express your appreciation all along the path and all day long
With gratitude to God for the opportunity offered you
To be here now

So, instead of wasting time regretting the past and worrying about the future
Be fully present here and now
Don’t cross life by living the present moment absent minded
Like a traveller who closes his eyes during the trip
And opens them only at the final destination

Take time to be aware
And to live consciously and fully the present moment
Having in mind that time is running very fast

And that soon, very soon
You will hear the loud voice
Of the Great Manager announcing
Always on time that
The game is over!!!

But before that happens
Could you certify with certainty
At this point of your journey
That you are faithful to your agreement?

If not the case
Know that it is never too late
Because the journey is not about duration
But about intensity

So review your agreement
And stick to it consciously
And faithfully

At last remember also that
Wherever you are and whatever you do
You give out energy that creates the world endlessly
And moment to moment

So from time to time
Stop and ask yourself
What king of energy am I giving out in this moment?

If that does not please you, change it
By focusing your attention
On things that make you feel good

Also by proactively living
According to what you really are
And not reacting to your environment

You are beauty and appreciation
You are love and kindness
You are happiness and joy
You are harmony and peace
You are abundance and everything good
You are gratitude

So give them all day long
To everybody and everything
Wherever you are

But be careful
To never give resistance
To never give fear
To never give anxiety
To never give worry
To never give doubt
To never give any negative thought feeling or action
To anybody, anything and anywhere

Because as you give (sow)
So shall you receive or experiment (reap)

Escape from the mind web

Today, we come back again to a subject we discussed yesterday and the day before. This subject is the web we wrap ourselves in, everyone of us, without exception. You know, human mind is like a spider web whose threads are made of all our troubles, problems and challenges in life that cause doubts, worries and fears in us all the time.

We said that when the fly gets caught in the web, the solution is not to resist and attempt hardly to escape from the web. This is useless, because the more it tries, the more trapped it gets. The same thing applies to human being when being trapped in one or many difficult situations. There is no solution in anger, worry, frustration or fear.

Because the more you engage yourself in these negative attitudes, the more opaque and dark your view becomes. What to do then ?

As already suggested, one part of the solution is to relax and become still. In fact, just like the fly, you have no choice at all. Whatever it does, it will remain trapped in the web, as you will be in your mind.

Another part of the solution is to recognize that you have not the power to escape by yourself, and to surrender to something greater than you, a power which is in you that knows everything and can do anything.

If the fly stops struggling and becomes still, chances are that in time, its body would become a little bit heavy, be droped from the threads that maintain it prisoner and get free. Unfortunatly, the fly cannot think this way.

In the case of human being, things are a little bit different. Man is not physically prisoner, but mentally, because he thinks. The thoughts he helds in his mind are the roots of all his troubles. When he struggles and resists against the threats (thoughts) of his mind related to his problems, this becomes an attack, and attack implies separation. You would not attack your Self if you knew that it is you. No.

In a word, when you resist something, that means you think it is separate from you. But it is not. Nothing is separate from you. You are everything around you, no exception, even if you don't think so. But, because you don't know it or believe it, you attack it by resisting and struggling against it.

But the truth is, nothing is separate from you. Nothing. We are all One, and resisting against something is resisting against yourself. That's why you suffer, because in your resistance you are attacking your own Self, and this attack is a denyal of the love which is due to yourself.

When you remember that we are all One, including everybody, everything and every circumstance, that Life loves you and is never against you, that everything that happens to you is for your highest good, you realize that the only relationship you must have with Life is the one of love and gratitude, instead of resistance and struggle.

When you reach this point, Life, Love, God, All That Is, supports you. All the threads that kept you captive are transformed into love and you are free. You are here to come back to Yourself to Love, which is who you really are.

Be grateful, therefore, for anything that comes your way, because it is part of You...

Who you are should not be defined by external events and circumstances

When you remember Who You Really Are at the core of your being, living according to it becomes your daily work. That is not an easy tast, as it requires years of years of practice, but it is the most important endeavour man would ever be engaged in for himself the in his entire life.

Who You Really Are is perfection, wholeness, loving, kindness, fearless, abundant, expension, infinite intelligence, etc. When your higher self looks at you, that's what he sees. When you think of who you are, it's what you should remember.

Again, it's not an easy task. It's even the most difficult thing you would ever have to undertake in your life. And, as difficult as it may be, it's worthwhile doing it.

Now, when you meet the outer world, do it from the stand point of your true nature. That is, from who you really are. Never let events and circumstances dictate you what to do and be. Be still, no matter what and be aware.

Even though you do not succeed during all your life time here on the earth, keep doing it anyway.
