The Perpetuation Of Illusions

If the world you perceive is not real

If what seems to happen doesn’t occur

If life is merely a dream or pure illusion

The best way to deal with is to let it be

Just as it is and as it appears to you 

Your attempts to change the way life is

Is like trying to catch the wind with a hand

Or extinguish the fire in a burning house

By throwing water on the smoke outside 

When you try hard to change what is

You end up altering your peace of mind 

And even make it more real and powerful 

That’s why you feel the way you do 

Doing so you focus all your attention

And all your energy on the subject

Giving it more life and more energy

And the more you try more energy it gets 

Instead focus your attention only

On what you want to experience

To give it more life and let it grow

Until it manifests when time comes 

However have always in mind

That both are part of the illusions

And exchanging one for another

Is but just perpetuating the dream

It's All or nothing

If God is All That Is
If everything I perceive proceeds from Him
Being the Source of All thing

If He loves me so much
That the only thing He gives me
Is love and happiness

How then can I seek something else ?
How can I crave for any kind of stuff
While the totality is forever available to me in Him?

How can I run after mere shadows
While Truth is calling on me so lovingly
And Is in fact what I really am ?

How can I turn my back to light
And blindly jump into darkness
Where only illusions abide?

Today I have made a new decision
Today I have made a new choice
Today I take a new direction

I choose only Totality and nothing else
I choose Reality and Truth instead of shadows and illusions
I choose the Source instead of Its mere projections
And I choose light instead of darkness

It's All or nothing !

Love VS separation

It's after God we have always been running after, not anything else (Ngabilane)

What is love?

Love is oneness and wholeness. To love then is to remember this eternal truth, that separation does not exist. The opposite of love, is the illusion of separation. It's an illusion because love is eternal and separtion cannot be.

From our current perspective, we see ourselves as separate one from another and from everything. This is merely an illusion because in truth, separation is impossible.

At the core of our being lies our true reality. This reality is our oneness with All That Is, the Infinite Intelligence.

Marriage is the symbole of love, and the act of making love represents our strong desire to unite with our source: God.

We seem to be running after different kind of stuff. We run after money, we run after relationships, we run after cars, jobs, promotions, consideration, approval, etc.

But, in fact we run only after one single thing: the realization of our oneness with All That Is.

We live in an illusion of separation with others, with everyting and with God. But, that is merely an illusion. The truth is that we have never been and will never be separated with God because His love for us is unconditional and eternal. Therefore, what is perceived as separation is a lie and cannot be.

When you remember this truth, relief and happiness show up.

Realize oneness by seeing everybody, everything and every circumstance as they really are:

One.

Love is the affirmation of this oneness with All That Is.

Be the spectator of your own game

Life is a game, or a big illusion that seems to be real, but which is not. And the fact is, if you consider it to be real, it will be so for you. You will become so involved and immersed in what you perceive that beleiving the contrary will seem almost impossible.

That's why you should not be too much involved in the game of life, and you become so when you take yourself too seriously. Once this happens you get trapped and remain blind about your true reality.

One way to escape from your immersion in the illusion of life is to become the observer, the spectator of your own life. That is you look at yourself from another perspective, as a separate entity, like a pectator of a football game.

Have you noticed how wide and perfect is the view of football spectators from the point they are watching the game? Why is that? The reason is because they are standing at a point away from the action and where they can see every error and mistake from players.

Do the same and see what happens.

Laugh at your temptations

If you think that going to church once a week, or praying three or five times per day are enough and will save you from evil, you are making a big mistake. Understand that evil never sleeps, nor goes on vacation. Constant and never ending prayer, meditation and connection to God should, therefore, be your moment to moment habits.

Temptations are like traps, waiting for you at every corner of the street. But if your connection to God or the Holy Sprit is not strongly maintained, you will get trapped all the time. And the more trapped you get, the more difficult your release from the evil's web will be.

You get trapped by becoming angry, furious, sad, anxious, afraid, jalous, etc. You get trapped when you hold grievances against someone or something. You get trapped when you feel poor, abandonned, alone, or not loved, etc.

In a word, anytime you act or react negativeley to someone or something, you've got trapped. And generally, this is also followed by a negative emotion in you, that makes you feel bad. This is so because you have made an erroneous judgement which is far from the truth about this person, yourself, or this thing.

Be vigilant and alert, therefore, about all the traps that surround you. And this should not be a periodic or a from time to time endeavour. It is a permanent task. Because as long as you live, temptations will always be on your way.

There will never be a moment where you will be without them. Night and day, they are part of the illusions which you call life. One of their main objective is that once you get trapped by believing in their reality, you become also attached to them. And this attachment is at the origin of your suffering.

To have peace and happiness then, release yourself from your attachment to this shadow life by laughing at all the traps that seem to threaten you. They want you to take them seriously, through this attachment, so that you suffer and feel powerless. But instead of doing that, ignore them. See them just as the mere smoke they are.

Again, laugh at them; laugh at anything that seems to bother you and refuse to behave as they want you to do. Their objective is to make you feel trapped, prisoner and afraid. But you can set yourself free by turning your back to them.

Remember one thing. Nothing, outside of you, really exists. Every person, everything, is merely your own reflection. And if you can fight against your shadow, you can also fight with your outer life, events, people ans circumstances. The implication of this assertion is that whatever you do, you do it to yourself.
