Such as Doubt, Worry, Frustration, Fear and so on

These are Automatically Translated by the Universe

Into equivalent Vibrations asking to attract more of the same

Through Corresponding People, Events or Circumstances

 If your vibrations irradiate Good Will, Happiness, Peace or Abundance

That’s what you’ll get more of also

Through the same Channels of Communication  

In the form of People, Things, Places, Events, or Circumstances

Now what kind of request do you want your vibrations to convey

So that you experience only what you REALLY want ?

What to do in order to Ask and Receive Consciously and on Purpose?

First master and pay ATTENTION to your HEART or what you FEEL

While thinking, speaking, or whatever

Because attention is the main tool for the activation of VIBRATIONS

Also, pay ATTENTION  to where ATTENTION dwells

To prevent it from activating unwanting vibrations and outcomes

Second, learn to be only in the PRESENT MOMENT

and HAPPY in the NOW

Knowing that the past is gone

And the future is not here yet

Now then remains the only time there will ever be

And your only point of attraction

Third learn to be STILL in your heart, to FORGIVE and LET GO

Remember, you don’t have a clue what’s going on

Therefore, JUDGE NOT!
Because as you judge so shall you be judged
Through the VIBRATIONS of your OWN JUDGMENTS
Drawing their sameness back to you 

And thus attracting unconsciously what in fact you do not want

Fourth, learn to be PROACTIVE in your thinking, not reactive

And 100% RESPONSIBLE of your vibratory state

Through a constant and consistent ATTENTION on your heart

And things that inspire you and activate beneficial vibrations

Such of LOVE, APPRECIATION, GRATITUDE, GOOD WILL, PEACE and so on

No matter whatever you may perceive (see, hear, touch, taste and smell)

In your present environment

This way

You will start vibrating on purpose

Asking and receiving accordind to your conscious choices or TRUTH

And the breath of the entire cosmos?

So don't try to do God's job
He doesn't need your help at all
Never try again to take the driver's seat
It is not suitable to you

Never again listen to the voice of ego
Telling you can do better than your creator
That's a lie which leads to separation from your Self and God
And finally to unhappiness

Your only job is very simple
It is to Trust your Creator unconditionally
With unquestionning faith, love and gratitude
Just as the good Son of His you are

It's All or nothing

If God is All That Is
If everything I perceive proceeds from Him
Being the Source of All thing

If He loves me so much
That the only thing He gives me
Is love and happiness

How then can I seek something else ?
How can I crave for any kind of stuff
While the totality is forever available to me in Him?

How can I run after mere shadows
While Truth is calling on me so lovingly
And Is in fact what I really am ?

How can I turn my back to light
And blindly jump into darkness
Where only illusions abide?

Today I have made a new decision
Today I have made a new choice
Today I take a new direction

I choose only Totality and nothing else
I choose Reality and Truth instead of shadows and illusions
I choose the Source instead of Its mere projections
And I choose light instead of darkness

It's All or nothing !

There is a time for everything

There is a time for everything
And for each thing one time
Trouble comes from human being
Only when he starts resisting what is
By attempting to suppress its given time
To quickly get the change he seeks
With the hope to be happy
When he gets there

This however does not work
Happiness which is who you really are
Is the way and not the destination
And physical reality is in such a constant move

To leave you in the exact same position as before
That is wanting to change what is
And the strong desire for something else

But so limited as your physical senses are
How would you know whether the change you seek
Will bring joy or take you into a nightmare?
If it is true that for each thing there is one specific time
Why would you attempt to suppress it in certain situations?
Isn't it that you judge them as bad and not lovable?
Wouldn't it be that what is in this moment
Is exactly what is suitable to you here and now
Just because you live in a friendly Universe that loves you
And whose sole purpose is to make you grow?

Is there a way out to this endless resistance
And persistent attempt to escape the present moment?
Yes there is One!

It is a full acceptance of what is
Based on knowledge of Truth not on resignation
No matter how frustrating what is is
It is a complete stillness in front of what is
Without the slightest negative judgment 
No matter how disgusting it appears to you
It is an infinite patience for what is
Knowing it is always temporal and ephemaral
No matter how real it seems to be
It is forgiveness and unconditional love for what is
Including people, events, circumstances and places
No matter how threatening they may be

Also remember 
That you will never get it done
And if this is true as it really is
Why then wasting time and energy
Trying mentally to rush into the unknown
Instead of letting time play its own game through you
Like the flow of waters through the pipe
Taking all kind of forms one after another
When and as it wishes

Those are some effective tools
Those are some useful steps
Towards more relief and freedom
As well as the main keys
That open the door of your natural sate
For more joy and happiness
That by the way is who you really are
Reason why you would never be able to find it
Nowhere outside of yourself
But only inside of you
By experiencing it yourself
Once you start giving it out
All over the places

Problem of identification

One of the biggest challenges we encounter, as human beings, is to identify ourselves with who we really are. Most of the time, there is the ascendancy of the ego or the false self on  our mental attitude, then in reactions to life in general.

The ego uses our physical senses to let us perceive the world as it wishes, not as it is in reality. Reality is not of the domain of physical senses, just as your True Self is not. Your Real Self is of the domain of faith.

Human being is at the middle of two influences, the Holy Spirit and the ego. Your identification to one or another of these two influences has a significant impact on your mental attitude and on your life in general.

You must identify with Truth, your real self, your true nature, not with the ego, no matter what your physical senses suggest.

Your identification with your mind is slavery

It is just because you believe you are what you are not that such a confusion prevails in your mind, through which thoughts come and go incessantly and moment to moment. But you, who are merely their channel of expression, have the tendancy to identify yourself with them.

This is so at the point that in the presence of worry or anxiety for exemple, no difference no longer exists between you and such feelings. That is, you become them and they become you, if you are not conscious enough to detach or separate yourself from what you are not.

Nkow that what you are is without attributes. It is neither good nor bad, but just is.  Identification begins when you start lebelling them as good and bad and doing so you judge; which is not role. Your role is to be a detached observer. And, as such, you let everything that crosses your mind come and go, without attachement  to any of them.

Do not let anything affect your mind and dictate you a particular behaviour inherent to them, unless it is of love. Because only love is your essence, your true nature and who you really are. And out of love anything else is dictatorship and is there for the only to put you into slavery.

Don't accept to be the slave of your own kingdom. You are the sovereign  authority of the kingdom called your mind, and not its puppet. So, refuse to become its slave by not being identified with all the thoughts, feelings and emotions that cross it through the day.

That is the cost of your total freedom and your way back to your oneneness with God if you dare to separate and detach yourself from your mind.

Christ is the only bridge between God and you

Christ, in all of us, is our intercessor to the Father God. And, to illustrate it, Jesus declared, " no one comes to the Father except through me". Indeed, Christ or our Superconscious, is the only channel of communication between God and His sons; no other one exists.

The fact is, due to our many impurities, errors, and miscreations at the level of the mind, our voice becomes so altered and diluted that it can no longer easily reach directly the Father. This is because the gap between our level of vibration and God's is so huge that connection with Him has been lost, and communication between us has become almost impossible.

However, in His infinite and unconditional love, God planned to create a bridge between His beloved sons and Himself. This bridge is Christ consciousness, or the Holy Spirit, which is in all of us and whose task is to facililate communication with the Father.

The Holy Spirit has this particularity to be able to communicate both with God and the sons, for being at the same time One with the Father, and One with us, his brothers. He is in perfect harmony with the Father, just as he is very close to us. So, only his voice, then, can be clearly understood by God and, also through him, alone, can we be heared and healed.

Therefore, in your prayers, it is useless to attempt to reach God directly. You would not be heared easily, if not at all. Instead, give your prayer to Christ, or the Holy Spirit. Leave your request in his hands, He who is your brother and to whom you should speak confidently.

As your intercessor, whose voice is the only one recognized by the Father, Christ in turn will send your request to God. Once God hears the voice of Christ, His Holy and beloved Son, instantly He answers, and the request is fulfilled.

However, although no delay exists in God's answer to Christ, very often people may spend a lot of time waiting to experience it. This is mainly due to their lack of faith or belief in the relationship between Christ and his Father. But, when you understand it perfectly, you come to know that whatever belongs to God also belongs to the Son.

And, as you are part of the Sonship, or Christ, who is your elder brother, you come finally to understand that what belongs to him, is also yours.
